Installation Design Engineer
Job Summary:
Working with the Project team to confirm the requirements for the works to be done this includes preparing the installation documents and BOMS. It also includes collating and supplying to the relevant stakeholders, certificates, approvals, and documentation required for homologation or sign off.
Working closely with the warehouse team to confirm the requirements of the stock to be sent in kits or as consolidated stock ready for the factory or installer to install it.
Helping to adjust the design of the system with the sales and projects team so the best [or] available parts are utilised, and alternatives have the correct specification to meet the requirements.
Researching and finding parts as guided by the projects & sales teams to complete or improve the systems being installed. This will involve working with procurement team and project team.
Project Manager
Job Summary:
A key role within the Projects team, responsible for the timely delivery of designated projects inline with agreed costs, quality and timeframes. This is an end-to-end project management role where the successful candidate will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity at any one time required high levels of organisation.
Previous experience of dealing with real time passenger information and / or transport based software is highly desirable as is the ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
A key role within our service team, our service coordinators are our customers’ first point of contact.
Responsible for supporting the resolution of customer enquiries related to Journeo solutions in-situ through excellent communication and collaboration across the business. Responsibilities include allocation of engineer workload and daily jobs ensuring allocation accounts for agreed SLAs.
You must have experience in a customer-facing role, be able to manage a request or concern through to resolution and maintain a high level of accuracy in your work.
